Foundation Scholarships

The CP22 Scholarship was created to award scholarships to deserving student athlete graduates from high schools in the Coastal Bend (Corpus Christi and the surrounding small towns).

The scholarship is a $4,000 award. Recipient will receive their $4,000 award in increments of $500 per semester (full terms) for eight consecutive semesters. Payment will be made to the college/university the recipient attends. The recipient will need to provide proof of enrollment each semester before the scholarship is mailed to the college/university. Hardworking and ambitious student athletes having participated in an athletic team sport as a starter (minimum one year) or individual sport and attained a district title for your high school with a minimum GPA of 3.5 and a strong desire to earn a college degree are encouraged to apply.

Apply from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025.

CoCo was admired by the young men who played baseball for the Bishop Badgers. All senior graduating that was coached by CoCo and played for the Bishop Badgers are encouraged to apply for a one-time scholarship. 

The scholarship will range from $200 to $500. Payment will be made to the college/university/trade school the recipient attends. The recipient will need to provide proof of enrollment before the scholarship is mailed to the college/university/trade school.

CoCo thrived on competition, he worked hard, and always helped others to be successful at what he loved - playing baseball. 

Badgers can apply for multiple scholarships but may only receive one.
